IRIS red is a proof that the whole is more than the sum of its parts. This wine, made from handpicked grapes, is the result of the art of blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Syrah and a little Egiodola. Mysterious and intellectual, the wine combines the characteristics of each of the four varieties to produce a harmonious and subtle wine. With aromas of black and red fruits, herbaceous notes and oak and bottle aging, Iris is an elegant, complex wine with a long aftertaste and it will perfectly accompany your vegetarian dishes, duck and other gastronomic specialties.
