This wine, made from handpicked grapes, is the result of the art of blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan, Syrah and a little Egiodola. Mysterious and intellectual, the wine combines the characteristics of each of the four varieties to produce a harmonious and subtle wine. With aromas of black and red fruits, herbaceous notes and oak and bottle aging, Iris is an elegant, complex wine with a long aftertaste and it will perfectly accompany your vegetarian dishes, duck and other gastronomic specialties.

The wine will go well with lamb, beefsteak, grilled pork and vegetarian dishes.
