Its fans waited for two years for the aging of EVA red blend, which is already on the market. The rare blend of Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Gamza, Cabernet Sauvignon and Egiodola reaffirms the philosophy that fine wine is an art. The grapes are selected from finest hand-collected and limited yield plots and there is a limited quantity of 2670 bottles. Dominated by the aromas of fresh and dried red and black fruits, complemented by a note of vanilla with a slight mineral aftertaste, this blend is suitable for red meat, game and mature cheese. The wine has very good aging potential.

Esperanto of Chateau Burgozone. This attractive blend brings with it the history, professionalism and the best grapes of Burgozone. It derives its name from the island of Esperanto, on the Danube River, below Burgozone. This blend reflects the Esperanto language as an ambitious international construction of international varieties and the emblematic indigenous variety for Northern Bulgaria – Gamza. In the blend Cabernet Sauvignon is the spine, Gamza gives black fruits and spices and the Syrah adds a peppery note. The wine has already won the hearts of wine professionals, who honored it with Two Gold medals from the most prestigious international wine competitions – Concourse Mondial in Brussels and Feminalise in Paris. Elegant and delicate, Esperanto is characterized by aromas of black fruits, spices and white pepper. Ideal for grilled meat and duck and it will also compliment your sophisticated vegetarian dishes.

Marselan of Chateau Burgozone is a true discovery for the wine connoisseur. Marselan is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon (tannins) and Grenache (fruit), created in 1961 in France. Burgozone was the first winery to plant and register it in Northern Bulgaria for its interesting qualities. The handpicked Marselan gives aromas of cherry, black fruit and soft tannins. The wine is complex and combines very well with your meat, grills, vegetarian dishes, cheeses and chocolate desserts. It can be served in the summer slightly cooled.
