Private Policy

“BURGOZONE” Ltd, as an administrator and processor of personal data, collects, processes and uses personal data provided by a client only with his explicit consent or when there is a legal requirement for that. Personal data collected, processed and used are in the volume required for the provision of services by BURGOZONE Ltd. and are voluntarily provided by the client for such purposes.

 

The Customer is entitled, at any time and on grounds relating to his / her particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data relating to him / her, including profiling.

The administrator is under an obligation to discontinue the processing of personal data except in the presence of legitimate processing grounds that take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims.

When processing personal data for direct marketing purposes, Customer may at any time object to the processing of personal data relating to it for this type of marketing, including profiling insofar as it relates to direct marketing.

When a client objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the processing of personal data for these purposes is terminated by the administrator.

The client has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing involving profiling that produces legal consequences for him or her significantly and may require human intervention by the controller, the right to express his or her point of view and to challenge the decision. The same shall not apply where:

(a) it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the client and the administrator;

(b) is permitted by law;

(c) is based on the express consent of the customer

The Administrator declares that he is familiar with the text of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection and adheres to the principles set out therein and to the rights of data subjects.

Definitions

“Personal Data Administrator” is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity which, alone or jointly with others, defines the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the objectives and means for such processing are determined by either EU law or the law of a Member State, the controller or the specific criteria for its determination may be established in EU law or in the law of a Member State.

“Personal data processor” means a natural or legal person, a public authority, an agency or other entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

“Processing of personal data” is any operation or set of operations performed with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or changing, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or other means by which data becomes available, arranged or combined, limited, deleted or destroyed
