MW Caroline Gilby’s book “The Wines of Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova” is a retrospective of winemaking in Bulgaria and a description of the Bulgarian cellars, including Chateau Burgozone.

She visited us at DiVinoTaste 2019 and was delighted with our Tamianka and the double gold awarded Esperanto with the local Gamza variety.

In the description of our boutique family wine cellar in the book, she writes about the specifics that contribute to the terroir wines, such as the influence of the Danube River and loess soil.
